Paid my storage payment the same day it was due and they charged me a $30.00 fee for running my card twice without notice.
Everything is done online & the web site is not very modern. If you have a problem, the "owner" is rude and pretty callous.
Beware this owner! I rented from this with zero late payments. One day I get a notice in the mail that my unit was going to be auctioned off due to three months late payment. I called immediately and he said refused to acknowledge that I was on time with my payments. After a long and frustrating conversation, he offered that I pay the legal fees that were incurred to him due to processing a legal eviction. I told him I didn't think I should have to pay that. He would not compromise any further than that. I agreed since it was much cheaper than paying a phantom bill of 3 months late and it would mean he would take his lock off my unit. I was still upset by the whole ordeal that I wrote several reviews on my experience. He apparently monitors these because he called me about them and said if I did't remove them he would proceed with the eviction and auction. I wound up removing them. Jokes on this guy...no leverage now since I have now recovered my belongings and paid his bogus charges. BE WARNED! Very shrewd businessman and bully! Have a nice day U-Lock owner!
